 Matt Cosner traveled to Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Fla.) on Monday to wrap up his Florida Speedweeks trip with a doubleheader at the 3/8-mile oval. Drawing 49 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries, Matt timed in 18th fastest in his qualifying group before placing eighth in his heat. Needing a second place finish or better to make the opening night feature, Cosner fell short with an eighth-place outing.
 On Tuesday afternoon, Cosner secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win finale with the fourth and final transfer spot in his heat race. Losing four spots in the 40-lap affair, Matt Cosner recorded a 20th-place finish. (Heath Lawson photo)
